Simply put....this has to be the largest collection of trapping knowledge anywhere in one source...some of the biggest names in trapping are regular visitors to the forums.

In fact, the site was created by a living legend of the trapping world...Paul Dobbins himself.  Neither he nor his father Charles need any introduction from me.

There are many, many facets of this site - it is by no means just another social networking site; rather it is an invaluable resource.  The Homepage for Trapperman Forums will give you an idea of just how big a resource we're talking about.

Probably the most visited site overall is Trapper Talk, a page where you can socialize with other trappers, hunters, fishermen, and outdoors-minded individuals.

The page I frequent most is that of the Wilderness Trapping and Living Forum.
This is where folks like myself who live in more remote areas (mostly, but not limited to Alaska) discuss
all aspects of trapping and life in-general.  Many of us post yearly trapping journals, ask questions/opinions, and offer help and insight to questions from folks just like us, etc.

There is an Archives section, where countless years of trapping experience are archived in posts which are categorized by subject for you to read and re-read, to help you become a better trapper.

There is the Trap Shed, where used trapping items for sale or wanted to buy are listed (read the rules if you want to post something there).

There is also a Trapping Only forum, confined to posts within the realm of trapping only.

That about sums up my most-used pages on the forum - check out the Homepage link above to see a larger list.  See you There!
